A native Floridian, Karen grew up in Jacksonville and has always held St. Augustine as a special place in her heart.  Although she spent time living in the Atlanta area, she and her husband have been homeowners in St. Augustine Beach for over 20 years, where they and their sons have made many happy memories over the years. Karen worked predominantly in the world of communications in her adult life, but finally made the switch to real estate, moved back to St. Augustine and never looked back!  She loves helping families, retirees and investors find the perfect property and is thrilled to have moved back to St. Augustine, finally be fully living the Florida life and working with Watson Realty Corp!   

Karen and her husband, Chris, enjoy beach time with friends, playing tennis, kayaking in the beautiful area springs and estuaries and spending time with their eight grandchildren.
